Green Energy Group Looking for Dispatcher/Customer Service at Ottawa, ON Full Time

We are looking for experienced Dispatchers to station our Ottawa offices. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge in dispatch, problem solving and the HVAC industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and Google Sheets is required

• Experience working in customer service, particularly in a sales environment

• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing company objectives

• Previous work experience and knowledge in the HVAC industry is a strong asset

As a Dispatcher, you will:

• Answer incoming calls and communicating with field technicians and sales teams to ensure they receive any important information or messages

• Monitor situations by phone and keep track of the locations of field technicians.

• Resolve any logistical problems or installation issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction

• Use HubSpot to organize and assign service calls and installations

• Communicating with technicians, agents and customers (other work units/departments)

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

• Ensuring prompt receipt and delivery of equipment to and from customers

• Coordinating equipment purchasing and ordering for installations

• Dealing with real time conflict and being able to solve it quickly

• Maintaining inventory records and completing stock orders when required

• Organizing road trips for sales teams and technicians

• Ensure installations are completed in a timely manner In order to be considered, you must:

• Have excellent communication skills; effectively convey information to department and our leadership team

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

• Be comfortable working with technology; specifically, Microsoft Suits and Google Drive

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.55-$28.43 per hour
