We are looking for a highly motivated, and creative individuals able to make an impact in our industry, they should be knowledgeable in the installation of both hard, and soft landscaping. Pay rate hourly base on ability and knowledge. Team Performance & Job completion bonuses.
- Candidate must have a clean, valid driver’s license, and be insurable
- 3-5 years of experience in both hard and soft landscape installation (min.)
- Must work well with others
Initial duties included but not limited to:
- Excavation (both by hand, and using mechanical equipment)
- Prepare, sub-base grade for proper drainage and install proper final grade for pavers
- Install pavers to set patterns
- Install retaining walls
- Install trees, shrubs and other plant material
- Some knowledge in small equipment repair, and maintenance
- Applicants with some Wood working knowledge (building decks, trellis’s, pergola’s, sheds…) is considered an asset (will be offered higher starting pay)
- Applicants with some Concrete forming, and Concrete finishing knowledge is considered an asset (will be offered higher starting pay)
Winter work, as snow operator and/or other work (will be offered to the right individuals)
