Overview:
Based in Mississauga, the Director of Supply Chain is a key member of the Operations leadership team, responsible for oversight of procurement, logistics and planning teams. They are responsible for motivating these teams to achieve company goals in a timely manner. They analyze business data and make key decisions based on their observations and experience.
The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for managing all crucial aspects of the supply chain processes, including performing inventory management, managing transportation costs and routes, making decisions on warehousing and distribution methods, and developing strong business relationships with vendors while keeping costs low.
In all tasks, the Director of Supply Chain must follow all laws and regulations regarding supply chain processes and strive to minimize the use of company resources while maximizing profitability. They interact with vendors in an ethical manner, find innovative solutions to supply chain issues, and report progress to the Chief Performance Officer.

Job Expectations
Ability to operate normal and customary equipment/technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation. It is expected to learn the company’s standard technology (GSuite, DEAR Inventory, Routific) quickly as part of the role.
