About the position:
Fast-paced, fun environment to work.

Hands-on experience in customer service, communication and team work.
Work indoors and outdoors with a crew of 2-4 people.
Position Descriptions

Painter: This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer. The ideal individual is hard-working, coachable and has effective communication skills
Requirements:

Able to work full-time throughout the majority of the summer

Must have own transportation (job site locations change frequently)
Manual labor and ladder work required.
Compensation:

Painter with two or more years experience make $20-$30 an Hour, Average rate is $18-$19 an hour with no painting experience with room for raise.

Pay exceeding the $20hr for exemplary painters (Starting rate dependent on experience. Raise based on proven skill after start date. (Bonuses will depend on performance and the criteria established by my self.

Training will be provided on your start date to make sure that you understand how we set up every job site.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• painting: 1 year (preferred)
• Construction Painters: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
