Primary Objective: To help support our continued growth and provide great customer service and satisfaction, we are seeking a result focused, high energy & self-motivated individual for the role of Parts Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive the daily stock order.
- Sort out parts for repair orders, customer orders & wholesale orders.
- Stock shelves with inventory parts.
- Provide quotes to our in house repair shop, walk in customers, call in customers and wholesale customers.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain an accurate inventory.
- Deliver parts to wholesale shops when needed.
- Other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with the ability to sell
- Professionalism, dependability, reliability, accountability and a commitment to provide excellent customer service
- Customer focus & adaptability to different personality types
- Self motivated
- Automotive knowledge
- Must be able to lift between 50-80lbs
- 1-3 years of automotive parts would be an asset
- Must have a valid G Ontario drivers license and be able to provide a clean drivers abstract.
- High energy
- Available to work some weekends & evenings.
