1. Quebec East – located in Quebec City
2. South West Ontario – located within defined territory geography
3. Northern Alberta/Northern Saskatchewan – located in Edmonton area
4. Fraser Valley/Okanagan – located in Fraser Valley

The Role
The Territory Manager utilizes the Grey Wolf sales model, along with territory and business planning capabilities to execute our strategies to maximize performance within the assigned territory. The Territory Manager works with customers, decision makers and cross-functional partners to manage accounts/clinics, build customer value and maintain business relationships.
Responsibilities
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed overall annual sales objectives for key products and portfolio via demand generation within assigned geography; Track progress against goals on a monthly basis utilizing Impact Vet Data. Follow the Plan of Action to drive sales results and build strong working relationships with individuals and clinics to help fill the unmet needs within those accounts.
Territory and Account Management – Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize sales opportunities. Effectively manages time and territory management while recording and maintaining account and customer information in the CRM system. Leverage the pre and post call planning process to enhance customer engagement and impact territory performance. Manage territory expenses and promotional budgets.
Adherence to Ethical and Industry – The Territory Manager must demonstrate high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts. Must be compliant with Grey Wolf and CAHI Code of Conduct.

· Completed post secondary education;
· Minimum of 3 years sales experience in animal or human health
· RVT designation highly desirable
· Strong presentation and problem-solving skills and the ability to build solid relationships with your accounts
· Must be comfortable in an animal/medical environment
· Must own recent model vehicle suitable for a Sales Professional role
· reside within the territory (and be able to travel, including overnight travel
The remuneration package includes competitive base salary, uncapped bonus plan, benefits, vehicle allowance and travel expenses.
