YOUR ROLE
As an Administrative Assistant- collection, you will work very closely with lawyers and legal assistants.
Your responsibilities will be very varied and will include, among others:
– Daily analysis of accounts receivable to determine priorities;
– Regularly follow-ups on overdue files;
– Contacts with clients and debtors whose accounts are in arrears (transmission of statements of
accounts and reminder letters, negotiation of settlements);
– Prepare demand letters and credit notes to clients;
– Drafting of various correspondence;
– Opening and closing of physical and electronic files, scanning.
REQUIRED SKILLS
– Education in secretarial studies or any other relevant training/experience;
– Similar experience of 1 to 2 years in a professional service environment;
– Good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
– Good organizational skills, respect for deadlines and autonomy.
