Our client, a firm specializing in professional services located in the heart of downtown Montreal, is currently seeking an assistant that will collaborate with the administration and human resources departments.

YOUR ROLE
In this new challenge, you will have an important supporting role to department directors.
Your tasks will include :
. Participate in various administrative projects;
. Participate in the development of HR documents;
. Maintain employee records and human resources management information;
. Draft correspondence, prepare and review various documents with quality submissions;
. Manage agendas and follow-ups;
. Ensure proper communication of internal affairs;
. Assist with the coordination of recruitment;
. Any other related task.
REQUIRED SKILLS
. Experience in a similar role or in a related field, combined with relevant training;
. Experience within a professional services firm, an asset;
. Bilingualism and strong interpersonal communications skills;
. Proficiency with MS Office Suite;
. Team player;
. Excellent organizational skills and management of priorities;
. Professionalism and discretion
