ROLE
As an HR Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include :
Conducting the complete recruitment process (selections, interviews, job offers and negotiations);
Taking charge of writing job offers according to business’ needs;
Searching for candidates using LinkedIn and develop a pre-selection of various candidates.
Participating in the Internships Race by organizing various activities for university law students.
Communicating with universities regarding events and activities and coordinating with them;
Coordinating various research and advertisement methods to attract candidates;
Developing an organizational system for resumes;
Analyzing various existing recruitment processes and internship programs available to maintain knowledge of the market’s trends.
PREREQUISITES
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or Administration with a major in Human Resources, or other combination of education and experience;
Experience in a full recruitment process;
Recruiting experience in a professional services firm;
High level of bilingualism, both spoken and written, justified by the employer’s needs;
Good writing, analytical, and judgment skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism;
Sense of priority and discretion;
Good organizational skills and adaptability;
Proficency in the MS suite and LinkedIn;
Versatility, flexibility and autonomy.
