Litigation Assistant to a Managing Partner

YOUR ROLE
As Litigation Legal Assistant, you will support the Managing Partner in his practice.
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Preparing the usual litigation legal proceedings;
– Managing litigation delays: calculating and recording them in the agenda;
– Rigorously follow up files with lawyers to whom files are sometimes delegated;
– Prepare documentation for internal meetings and management committees, both in Quebec and with Canadian stakeholders;
REQUIRED SKILLS
– Significant experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant ;
– High drafting standards;
– Ability to produce superior formatted documents in Microsoft Office Suite;
– Strong organisational and priority-management skills;
– Outstanding team spirit and interpersonal skills;
– Meticulous, detail-oriented and confidentiality;
