We are looking for an experienced Account Executive!
We’re looking for someone to serve as our client’s voice when developing and executing advertising campaigns. Someone to help ensure the efforts of the team members and components align with the client’s goals. This role will be responsible for developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

This growth has led to the opening of a new Account Executive role with a ton of upwards potential. Responsibilities:
- Manage new client relationships by ensuring brands’ objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.
- Create proposals for incoming client calls by working with the creatives team and Accounts team in developing content that meet client’s objectives
- Maintain rapport with key accounts to scale business growth on behalf of the company
- Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on key learnings/recommendations
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and executing content plans on our platforms
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to pitch creative ideas to Brands and Agencies. This may also involve cross-team pitching
- Extensive strategic development of initiatives targeted to specific accounts and markets that demonstrate Grow Enrollment’s extensive capabilities as an advanced solution provider.
- Maximize sales activities and achieve quotas by prospecting for new clients.
- Connect with all levels within the clients including “C” level relationships and has a footprint across the customer organization.
- See opportunities and the value for customer, by mastering a deep understanding of the qualitative strategies and initiatives of the customer that articulate the goals of their company.
- Take on other projects as directed
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience is a must
- Ability to be highly flexible and adapt to evolving organization
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work individually and collaboratively.
- Storyteller extraordinaire, you’re comfortable presenting a company and a product to anyone, in any setting
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
