Key Responsibilities Include:
· In collaboration with the marketing and sales team, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to create and increase awareness for the specific brands under the supervision of the Brand Marketing Coordinator:
o Support marketing project development
o Manage on-going marketing and advertising campaigns and plans
o Monitor the implementation of online marketing strategies through social media accounts
o Contribute to the optimization of marketing strategies
o Schedule promotional presentations, maintain a project calendar, and ensure deadlines are respected
· Assist Director of Marketing in the target delimitation for products, brands, or services:
o Research, analyze and summarize market trends
o Study competitor’s market behaviour and strategies
· Execute marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies in line with the agreed budget
· Oversee marketing material:
o Coordinate and optimize any material concerning advertising, branding, and marketing
o Review each project to guarantee it complies with the product’s information
o Ensure that every material is consistent with planned marketing strategies
· Provide assistance to the Sales team in order to achieve the company’s goals:
o Give marketing advice and support for a better understanding of the brand’s voice and personality
o Coordinate the development of marketing materials to assist with sales efforts
· Conduct and host monthly meetings with respective brands
· Prepare detailed quarterly, and annual market reports in order to present current and forecasted data:
o Summarize the assessment conducted on the effectiveness of past and on-going strategies
o Analyze the feedback of previous or current marketing campaigns
o Measure the impact and outcomes of marketing activities
o Compile competitors’ data
