Job Opportunity: Mentor
Location: Grays
Salary: £70 – £100 per day
Start Date: Immediately

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Secondary schools in Grays as Mentors. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to students, contributing to their personal and academic development.
About The Role
As a Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the well-being and development of students. This position offers a rewarding experience for individuals who are passionate about creating a positive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Individual Support: Provide one-on-one mentoring to students, offering guidance on academic and personal matters.
- Behavioral Support: Assist in managing and addressing challenging behaviors, fostering a positive school atmosphere.
- Emotional Well-being: Support students in managing stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges, promoting mental health awareness.
- Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and record the progress of mentored students, adapting support strategies as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mentor or in a similar supportive role.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in the well-being of students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in an educational setting.
