Position: Newly Qualified Teacher ( NQT )

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and innovative teaching strategies.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback for improvement.
• Engage with parents and guardians to foster positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS by the start of the contract.
• Enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
