- Proven track record to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Strong command of the oral and written English language
- Superior telephone communication ability, with a high level of professionalism and poise
- Strong computer literacy with: Microsoft Office Suite, CDK Drive & CRM, and DealerMine
- Basic financial knowledge, cash balancing, cheque clearing and bank deposits
- Solid understanding of automotive dealership transaction
- Focused on the task at hand with the ability to multi-task while achieving the goals needed
- Initiative and confidence to keep abreast of personnel and dealership changes
- Solid previous automotive dealership experience including licensing and stocking in vehicles
- Ontario G license – daily trips, driving to the MTO office is required
