Hafele Canada Inc. Looking for Customer Service- Student at Burlington, ON Full Time

The Customer Service Student will provide support to our Inside sales team. One of our core values is how we ‘WoW customers’ – it’s a mindset, philosophy, a call to action. This position helps us achieve that goal! This is a contract position for 40 hours per week.

1. Duties & Responsibilities:

· Creating customer accounts

· Arranging pickups with customers

· Providing administrative support to the Inside sales and Marketing teams.

2. Profile:

· Learning agility is an asset.

· Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required

· Soft skills in working with customers

· Ability to take initiative, strong work ethic, and behave with a sense of urgency

· Ability to effectively work with colleagues from all departments

· Excellent organizational and planning skills

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Burlington, ON L7L 6A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
