The Clinical Manager functions according to the Accountability Statement for Clinical Managers. Specific responsibilities include: managing the day-to-day issues related to staffing and care delivery while facilitating an environment which supports creativity and innovation in the delivery of patient care services; assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of the operational vision for the Program within the context of the corporate vision and strategic direction; demonstrating behaviours that support a patient and family-centered team approach; supporting an environment which facilitates staff involvement in research initiatives; assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of a program plan (financial, human and facilities) which is consistent with the program directions; and assisting the Program to meet the fiscal operational targets.

Unit Summary
The Regional Rehabilitation Program provides adult inpatient and ambulatory rehabilitation services to patients following stroke, spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, neurological impairment and amputation.
The Regional Rehabilitation Program provides clinical leadership for the rehabilitation component of the Marketed Services Program. The Marketed Services Program is compromised of clinical partnerships with fee for service providers.
