responsibilities include: developing strategies to facilitate the cost effective and timely execution of multiple/simultaneous
large/small scale multi site construction projects for assigned user groups; coordinating and implementing large/small scale
planning strategies for assigned user group; performing financial responsibilities; performing quality management
responsibilities; performing administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department;
performing cross-functional and other duties consistent with the job classification as assigned and/or requested.

As part of HHS, the Facilities Management Department is an integral part of the support services, providing facilities maintenance services to the multiple Hospital sites. The Planning/Construction Team leads large/small scale construction projects. The development is conducted in a consultative process accessing experts internal and external to the Hospital. The mandate is to ensure that all completing project factors are balanced; time, cost, quality and safety. The department’s goals can best be summarized as SERVICE EXCELLENCE.
