The Manager will skillfully exercise the balance between facilitation and authority to progress work that has high strategic significance and promotes clinical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation that can be measured, evaluated and is evidence based. The Manager will require extensive healthcare experience and business acumen to move seamless between diverse projects and groups. The manager is responsible to identify integration opportunities, evaluate workload capacity, seek inclusion of input and gauge organization risks that surface through the collective body of work within the President and CEO’s Office. The Manger will lead the development of comprehensive proposals and submissions that will support HHS, the local community and the Ontario West region. Additionally, the Manager will require working relationships with colleagues from Provincial Ministries, Municipalities and a variety of private partners.
The Manager will interact daily with all of the HHS Executives through to Front-line Leaders, Specialists, Health Professionals & Physicians and Support. The Manager is also a role model that utilizes their extensive clinical expertise to influence behaviours across the hospital to support continuous growth in the delivery of high quality patient care.
