Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner both in person and over the phone.
Answering and managing phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, providing information about the services we offer, maintaining accurate patient records, managing referrals and tracking systems.
Verify patients under OHIP and update their info and distinguish private patients from insured ones.
Complete patients billing, invoices, handling cash transactions and day ends.
Ensure front desk and waiting area are clean and tidy at all times.
Basic computer and fax skills.
Scanning in patient charts, registration forms..etc..
Provide assistance to other staff and/or partners on various projects as required
Other duties as assigned

Ability to multitask, work independently and with teams .
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks .
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to be flexible with shift schedule and availability
Must have experience in medical office, OSCAR EMR, and Microsoft Office
