· MUST RESIDE IN ELLIOT LAKE
· Handling all administrative duties with the upmost accuracy and confidentiality
· Processing the arrivals and departures of individuals, groups and tours, including capturing all necessary payments
· Handling multiple phone lines, and responding to voicemail with follow up calls
· Creating reservations and bookings for guest, with the upmost accuracy
· Capitalizing on any Hotel sales opportunities, delegating sales leads to management
· Handling in-bound ELRL afterhours calls and following up with the appropriate designates
· Handling and coordinating room assignments for pre-arrivals and in-house guests
· Performing night audit when applicable and prepping breakfast area equipment and foods for the Pantry department
· Handling guests’ inquires and complaints with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, and coming up with problem solutions
· Preparing the housekeeping daily reports and giving them to the Lead housekeeper
· Monitoring the Daily Totals screen to ensure capitalization the ability to sell guest rooms
· Making administrative corrections when needed
· Delivering the Hilton Honors program, including incentives as per Hampton Standard
· Offering referrals for community services and handling requests for information
· Handling conference room inquires, filling out the Maple Room Booking form and relaying the information to the Hospitality Coordinator
· Handling block booking inquires, filling out the Block Booking form and relaying the information to the General Manager
