Please note this position is for a weekend shift: 5pm-2am.
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure cashier stand is fully stocked
Process guest transactions, including sales, payment processing, and making change, according to POS and cash handling procedures.
Print Food and Beverage end of day reports.
Answer restaurant phone. Take phone orders, as needed.
Maintain positive and professional communication with all staff.
Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for co-workers and guests.
Be knowledgeable of property facilities, services, hours of operation, in-house events, conferences, and amenities to proactively assist guests.
Promote property outlets to guests.
Assist guests in finding locations within the property by escorting, when possible, or giving clear directions.
Resolve guest complaints.
Listen to comments, criticisms, and feedback from guests, employees, and managers to gain an understanding of strength and opportunity to improve personal/property performance.
Always smile and offer a warm greeting to all.
Perform duties in accordance with company standards, policies, and guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.
Know, understand, and practice (with energy and enthusiasm) the mission, values, mottos, culture and spirit that make Hard Rock unique.
Performs all other job-related duties as request.

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years old
Performs duties which require bending & reaching
Standing or moving, for up to 8+ hours
Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
Maintains a well-groomed appearance
Follows all uniform guidelines
Practicing all general safety & sanitation standards
Recycling products, where possible
Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency
Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers
Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
SKILLS
Must possess strong listening skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds or more.
