Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Lead and partnering closely with the Customer Experience/Public Relations Lead, this role plays a key supporting function in Harley-Davidson’s plans to better engage directly with our customers through impactful interactions, both in-person and virtually, and is a vital team member in enabling our dealer network through strong communications and marketing tactics. This includes supporting the North America marketing organization with specific attention to experiential events, go-to-market readiness, retail integration, social media marketing, internal and external communications and execution of tradeshows, brand/product events, Public Relation (PR) launches, Harley-Owners Group (HOG) rallies, and dealer demonstration days or open houses.
This exciting, fast-paced role supports and manages relationships within a matrix organization and ensures responsibilities and deadlines are met within the Canadian Market. This individual must work collaboratively with many marketing teams across North America.
This role is a 100% remote work from home role, with frequent interaction via MS teams with colleagues, and may require attendance at team meetings or gatherings (infrequently). During peak riding season (spring/summer), the role will require some travel for marketing support at special events and dealer events, as required (infrequently).

Go-to-Market Readiness & Retail Integration
Tracking website updates and go-to-market readiness by reviewing product specifications and legal trademarking.
Works with agencies on designing and scheduling point of purchase materials (posters, window clings etc.) and ensures deployment to dealer network. Also creates digital marketing assets (emails, web banners, social media captions, print ads etc.).

Social Media Marketing & Analytics Analysis
Collaborates with external agencies on social media marketing content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. Some copywriting, reviewing of photography and product specifications. Manages budget for paid ads/boosting as required.
Reviewing and tracking performance metrics from digital and social media and events.

MarCom/Brand Marketing & Other
Coordinates with email marketing team, reviewing content and communicating KPIs.
Point of contact for parts and accessories, service and general merchandise marketing, and helps with setting up digital catalogues and ads.
Supports relationships with suppliers, printers, and internal staff to prepare publications and ensure product is organized and finalized for production deadlines.
Point of contact for Harley-Davidson Financial Services marketing program invoicing.

H-DC Team and Dealer Communications
Ensuring dealer communications are uploaded to the communication platform on a regular basis (coordinating with team, wordsmithing, publishing, and project managing presentations).
Prioritizing and responding to emails across multiple marketing, sales, and other teams.
Availability for monthly network wide presentations and assistance as required with slides, content creation and updates.

Company Owned Vehicle Management
Tracks and manages Company Owned Vehicle (COV) motorcycle fleet access for external and internal stakeholders
