About the role
This role is a senior individual contributor role on the Talent Development team. This role is focused on enabling our people managers, as a key target audience, to successfully execute their role as people managers at HashiCorp. This role will need to identify, build out and communicate; relevant support, learning and enablement for HashiCorp people managers, aligned to the rhythms and processes of the business. The work in this space will create an ecosystem of information, development, connection and community across our global people manager population. This work will be closely aligned and integrated with our core programs, talent pathways, and the work of the People Business Partners in supporting the business. This role reports to the Director, Talent Development focused on leadership and management development.

Il s’agit d’un rôle de contributeur individuel principal au sein de l’équipe de Perfectionnement des talents. La personne occupant ce poste cherche à permettre à nos gestionnaires de personnel, qui constituent un public cible clé, de réussir à remplir leur rôle de gestionnaire de personnel chez HashiCorp. Le titulaire de ce poste devra déterminer les besoins en matière de soutien, d’apprentissage et d’habilitation pour les gestionnaires de personnel d’HashiCorp, dans le respect des cycles et des processus de l’entreprise, puis les communiquer. Le travail dans cet espace permettra de créer un écosystème d’information, de perfectionnement, de connexion et de communauté au sein de l’ensemble de nos gestionnaires de personnel. Ce travail sera étroitement aligné sur nos programmes de base, nos parcours des talents et le travail des partenaires d’affaires du personnel visant à soutenir l’entreprise et y sera intégré. Ce poste relève du directeur, Perfectionnement des talents, qui se concentre sur le perfectionnement en matière de leadership et de gestion.
