Construction Worker / Labourer
What you will do:
- To assist our site leads and construct one custom home build by the end of January 2023
- Ability to write detailed daily reports
- Able to manage receipts and complete minor bookkeeping entries
- Able to photograph work in progress at different angles to help build a portfolio
- Willing and capable of using up-to-date technology
- Willing to complete occasional general maintenance on multi homes sites (Handyman work) when necessary
- Ready to complete more minor renovations (Basements, kitchens, bathrooms)
Compensation:
- Hourly-based salary (Competitive and to be based on experience, skill set and long-term mindset)
- Profit-sharing
What you will bring:
- Possess 3+ years of construction experience
- Reliable and up to date mobile phone
- Needs to possess own basic hand tools
- Positive and progressive mindset
- Willing to work as a team
- Self-starter
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
