Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Aviseur Technique pour notre département du service après-vente. Hawkesbury Honda a besoin de votre aide pour répondre à la demande des clients pour un service de qualité et vous pouvez le faire en vous joignant à notre équipe en tant que conseiller au service bilingue à temps plein.
Principales responsabilités :
– Accueillir les clients;
– Prendre les appels;
– Suggérer les entretiens préventifs recommandés par le fabricant selon l’âge, le kilométrage et l’état du véhicule;
– Fournir une estimation des coûts de réparation tout en expliquant clairement les travaux à effectuer;
– Exercer un suivi rigoureux des travaux et informer les clients du statut;
– Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.
– Fermer les bons de travail de la mécanique et de nos inspections;
– Numériser les documents nécessaires pour les mettre dans le dossier du véhicule;
– Planifier les rendez-vous pour les véhicules nécessitant une inspection de la SAAQ;
– Faire le suivi sur les véhicules hors de la concession;
– Contrôler et créer des doubles de clé dans notre logiciel;
– Créer des étiquettes pour les pneus en entreposage et faire le suivi dans le tableau Excel;
– Faire le contrôle journalier de l’essence dans le logiciel destiné à cette tâche.
Profil :
– Bilinguisme (français et anglais);
– Bonnes connaissances en mécanique automobile;
– Bon communicateur (entregent);
– Bonne gestion des priorités;
– Solides aptitudes en vente;
– Désireux d’offrir un service à la clientèle de haut niveau (CSI).
– Connaissance du logiciel CDK Drive (un atout).
We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Advisor for our after-sales service department. Hawkesbury Honda needs your help to meet consumer demand for quality vehicle service and you can do that by joining our team as a full-time Bilingual Service Advisor.
Responsibilities:
– Welcome clients;
– Take calls;
– Suggest the preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer according to the age, mileage, and condition of the vehicle;
– Provide an estimate of repair costs while clearly explaining the work to be done;
– Exercise rigorous monitoring of the work and inform customers of the status;
– Perform any other related task.
– Close the work orders for mechanics and internal inspections;
– Scan the necessary documents to put them in the vehicle file;
– Schedule appointments for vehicles requiring an inspection by the SAAQ;
– Follow up on vehicles outside the dealership;
– Control and create duplicate keys in our software;
– Create labels for tires in storage and follow up in the Excel table;
– Perform the daily gasoline check in the software intended for this task.
Profile:
– Bilingualism (French and English);
– Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
– Good communicator (interpersonal skills);
– Good management of priorities;
– Strong sales skills;
– Eager to provide high-level customer service (CSI).
– Knowledge of CDK Drive software (an asset).
