We Are Currently Seeking a Health Care Recruiter
In this role you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment and on-boarding of new staff (Personal Support Workers, Registered Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse and more), including sourcing, screening, selection, orientation, and releasing. You will work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders
Key Skills, Experience And Behaviours Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment and selection preferably in Health Care Setting
- Excellent interviewing, communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to integrate the use of technology to streamline work activities.
- Demonstrated efforts to continuously develop and upgrade skills.
