Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Customer Success Specialist is primarily located in Calgary, AB, but remote work is a formal part of our Calgary work week. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing product support, customer support, and strategic communications. The role’s main responsibilities include managing customer relationships, promoting customer objectives, identifying opportunities for growth, and proactively identifying and resolving customer issues to ensure customer success. Your work is cross-functional, as you’ll be managing customer relationships within a team of client-facing specialists, including Account Executives and Subject Matter Experts.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Post-secondary degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in related SaaS industries, i.e. productivity, learning or healthcare
