Reporting in the Director of People Operations, the HR generalist is a self-starter with excellent communication skills. The HR generalist is expected to be enthusiastic and passionate about being a team player and jumping in when needed. The HR Generalist will need to be motivated by a fast-paced environment, will find it exciting to be part of developing and HR department and ready to jump in wherever needed.
The HR Generalist should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, performance management, recruitment and selection, performance management and driving a company culture
