IMCare a Specialist medical practice seeking a organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Answering phones and assisting patients with their needs
- Coordinating with healthcare providers
- Rooming patients and testing
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
