If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Customer Experience Specialist to join the brilliant Helcim Experience team. Team members will facilitate incoming support calls and online inquiries to analyze merchant issues and offer solutions through critical thinking. You will be successful in this role if you are able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues and keep the customer experience at the center of every decision. The ideal candidate will embody our values and culture, and be a steward of The Way of the Helcim (see link below to our culture book).

Candidates must be available for daytime, evening and weekend shifts. Candidates must also be eligible to work in Canada. Helcim uses a hybrid work structure where team members can work 3 days in the Calgary office and 2 days at home.
