DESCRIPTION: Our Client, a multinational manufacturer of Medical Devices and Products requires a Marketing Manager to manage and develop marketing strategies, budgets, programs, materials and promotional tools for select products. The Marketing Manager will also develop and deliver educational programs and seminars for healthcare professionals, as well as input to Request For Proposal (RFP) preparation and responses for their franchises. Given the hybrid nature of this role, residence location is flexible; when working outside of your home office, a car allowance (plus expenses) will facilitate visits to the West GTA HQ and with customers and KOL s.
REQUIREMENTS: In addition to a Business Degree or Diploma, ideally with a Marketing focus, we require 4-5 years marketing/sales experience with at least 3 of those years as a Marketing or Product Manager, plus:
medical device experience preferred
experience dealing with Canadian hospitals and infrastructure
fluency in the use of MSO applications and familiarity with desktop publishing
excellent written, verbal and written communications skills to facilitate communications with a broad range of internal & external stakeholders, customers and KOLs at all levels.
