Summary: *
The digital marketing strategist will be working alongside the marketing department in enhancing the company’s brand and reputation in the public’s eye, ensuring brand consistency, and attending tradeshows local and overseas.

Job Duties:
- Come up with flushed out marketing strategies to encourage various company goals
- Creating, monitoring and optimizing ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Amazon and miscellaneous social channels (TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest)
- Keyword research for Google and Amazon Campaigns
- Understand Google Analytics and how to identify opportunities
- Weekly and Monthly Reporting on all channels
- Help out with miscellaneous tasks on website
- Successful applicant can expect to work on multiple, unique projects and collaborate with different departments
- General digital marketing skills a major asset
- Prioritizes sustainability and the environment when engaged in business relations
Requirements:
Amazon Experience
- Understands how to optimize Amazon via SEO
- Listing Optimization
- Keyword Research
- Copywriting
- Pricing
- Understands FBA and experience working with inventory planning
- Experience in running successful Amazon PPC campaigns
- Understand how to manage an Amazon Seller account (customer service, minimize order defect rate, fix stranded inventory etc.)
- Experience in collecting and driving product and seller reviews
General Digital Marketing
- Experience in SEO
- Ability to write copy, especially for SEO purposes
- Experience in running successful ad campaigns via Google and Facebook
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Shopify)
- Understand email marketing strategies
Considered an Asset
- Sales background experience
- Experience in nutrition and online retail
- Basic coding experience
- Experience with Klaviyo
- Experience with Smile.io
- Experience with Data Studio
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday availability
- Sitting/walking throughout the day
- Working on a computer for most of the day
- Overtime may be required
- Travel to the site and off-site locations will be required
- Work both indoors and outdoors at tradeshows/demos
- Ability to work independently, as well as being a strong team player
- Have good attendance and safety record
Training
On the job training will be provided and evaluated upon completion.
