Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/ Legal Assistant. he individual will play a crucial role in the daily operations and client interactions of the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative and routine clerical tasks.
– General receptionist duties: greeting clients on the phone and in person
– Scheduling in person, phone call, and virtual meetings appointments
– Supporting other legal assistants with organizational tasks and the day-to-day operations of the firm
Ideal candidate qualifications
– Comfortable with a high degree of client interaction
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
– Friendly, warm, and personable demeanor
– Punctuality and professionalism is required
– Team player attitude and willingness to learn
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Organizational and time- management skills
– Prior customer service and sales experiences are an asset
Qualifications

- Experience in a legal or professional services setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Certificate or diploma in Office Administration or related field
