Hi-Lon Glass is a service company that specializes in the repair or replacement of all makes and models of windows and doors. We have been servicing the commercial/residential market since 1968. Over the years, Hi-Lon has developed relationships with a large network of suppliers. This enables us to obtain parts for windows and doors that other service companies do not readily have access to. As a result, Hi-Lon is often able to repair problems for a reasonable price whereas, many of our competitors can only replace entire units or systems.
We are looking for a Client Service Representative/Order Desk to join our growing team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to all telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner
- Update ERP as required to ensure proper communication is documented
- Provide proper information to all customers
- Act as a liaison between internal staff, technicians, corporations and customers
- Maintain notes on work orders that are scheduled for production
- Contact suppliers and production department when ETA’s requests are initiated, update co-workers
- Initiate service requests by collecting pertinent information from the customers, creating work orders and updating internal database
- Work closely with other teams within the organization to maintain optimal customer service levels
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous office experience is required
- Minimum college education required
- Excellent Coordination skills needed
- Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office including Excel Spreadsheets
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
Monday- Fridays 8:30am-5pm
