High Def Technologies is hiring a Bookkeeper for 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Post daily supplier invoices and print cheques for Accounts Payable
- Post supplier receipts and reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Post daily deposits and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Post employee expenses and print monthly expense cheques
- Process biweekly payroll, generate monthly source deductions report and cheques
- Review accounts receivables and email and or call clients
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents and accounting reports
- Review and manage security monitoring billing and other RMR billings
- Generate GST quarterly reports and print cheques for remittance
- Provide information required for year end work to the accountant
- Prepare monthly reports for company principles
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge on accounts payables and account receivables
- Aptitude for analyzing financial data and generating accurate reports in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and part of a team
- Planning and organizing workflow to meet various deadlines for suppliers and management
- Experience in applicate software applications (Quickbooks Online, Excel and POS systems)
- Strong technical bookkeeping background
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
