Reporting to the Executive Director, you will use your advanced knowledge and understanding of corporate services in the fields of Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Quality Assurance and Property to provide operational oversight and develop and implement strategies to support these programs. Exercising sound business acumen, you will assess and evaluate evolving directions and potential impacts on future planning.
You will oversee all stages of the agency’s annual operating budget submission, the planning for property transactions including the development of business plans and financial analysis, and the negotiation of leases and contracts. You will ensure the security, integrity, and continual operation of the agency’s technological network and oversee the selection, acquisition, development, deployment, monitoring and evaluation of our information systems and information technology initiatives.
You will inform on matters related to the interpretation and implementation of human resources policies, our collective agreement, labour legislation and labour relations ensuring policies, programs, and procedures are developed and implemented in accordance with relevant legislation, agency accreditation, and best human resources practices.
Your development and implementation of a quality assurance plan will align with the objectives of the agency to ensure continuous quality improvement and outcomes.
As an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will inform and participate in the decision-making process to ensure sound planning, and you will provide support to the activities of the Board. Using your relationship-building skills, you will work collaboratively with your teams and other members of the agency.
You have a Master’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, CPA, CMA or CGA, or B.A. in Human Resources or Commerce, Business or equivalent, combined with at least five years of progressively responsible Management, Finance or HR experience, preferably within the child welfare field. You have a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in at least one of the portfolio areas of Finance or HR and an ability to oversee other functional areas at a strategic level. Bilingualism is considered an asset. This position is based in Belleville and requires the ability to travel to other locations in our jurisdiction.
We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package and opportunities for professional development, with an annual salary of $126,012 to $153,306, commensurate with experience.
