The Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time HR Manager to join our fast-paced scaling start-up business. We are expanding quickly both organically and through acquisitions. The HR Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officerand will be responsible for managing the daily Human Resources functions including but not limited to; compensation, employee relations, administration of benefits and group retirement plans, employee records and database management, performance management, company policies, health and safety, recruitment, onboarding and terminations. This is a hybrid remote work opportunity that offers competitive benefits along with room for growth.
