Your New Role
As the Vice President Real Estate, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing Canerector’s extensive real estate assets. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, you will develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies that enhance the value of Canerector’s portfolio across North America. Your key responsibilities will include driving acquisition and disposition strategies, overseeing property operations, and ensuring compliance, all while focusing on maximizing financial performance.
In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align real estate strategies with the company’s broader business objectives. You will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities and positioning Canerector’s properties for continued success.
What Sets You Apart
You are an entrepreneurial leader with at least 10 years of experience in asset management or industrial real estate. You have a proven track record in property operations, leasing, and compliance within the industrial sector, as well as expertise in acquisitions and dispositions, including environmental evaluations and financial modeling. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage stakeholders at all levels will be essential to drive strategic initiatives forward.
