Job Overview:

As the Chief of Staff at Hilite, you will work closely with the CEO, shadowing them to support all business operations and administrative tasks. You will play a critical role in strategy development and execution, ensuring the smooth running of the company. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, strategic, and ready to immerse themselves in the dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shadow the CEO to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting preparation.
• Project management
• Assist in business development efforts, including market research, lead generation, and partnership development.
• Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare and draft reports, presentations, and other written materials.
• Oversee and manage content and marketing efforts including media presence, content creation and engagement strategies.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure the execution of key projects and initiatives.
• Provide support in event planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Flexible on educational background as long as you’ve shown a track record of execution
• Deep understanding, experience or interest in the creator economy, gaming & ai startups
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work in-person in downtown Toronto.
