Hira Custom Homes Looking for Site Supervisor at Cambridge, ON Full Time

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the day to day site operations for a low rise residential production community build
• Oversee, schedule, and manage the sub-trades of the project working in close concert with the project manager
• Maintain a high level of health and safety on-site at all times
• Ensure that production is delivered on schedule and within budget
• Report project progress to internal stakeholders daily
• All other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Strong track record of delivering low rise residential production builds on time and within budget; experience building singles is desired
• Experience overseeing mid-rise residential construction is considered an asset
• 5-10 years of experience working with an established local market residential developer/builder
• Excellent track record of on-site safety and a strong network of industry trades
• Team player, career-oriented individual

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
