TITLE: Head of Sales
LOCATION: Greater Toronto Area, Must be in the EST time Zone in Canada
BASE: $170K-$190K
OTE: $250K +
OTHER: Hybrid (once a week in their downtown Toronto office), Equity + 4 weeks vacation

They meticulously sort and quality check the returned goods, enabling retailers to replenish their inventory swiftly and enjoy savings exceeding 20%.
In the process, they not only make consumers happier by simplifying the return process but also contribute to a more sustainable planet.
YOU:
- 8+ years of experience in high-performing sales, including at least 2 in People Leadership
- Experience selling e-commerce and logistics solutions, with a focus on fashion, apparel, and footwear categories.
- SaaS, software, Startup in tech experience.
- Success in selling to mid-market and enterprise clients and managing complex sales cycles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams, especially in startup environments.
- Ability to develop sales pipelines targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Ideal Buyer Personas (IBPs).
- Skilled manager and coach, with a history of building high-performance, high-retention teams.
- Data-driven and operationally focused, with a strong emphasis on sales process repeatability.
- Strong industry relationships and the ability to promote the company.
