Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Flow Assistant to join the Extensive Needs Service, a new ambulatory care program for individuals up to the age of 18, whose needs cannot be met in a single service stream and who require an integrated approach across Mental, Behavioural and Developmental Health. As an integral member of the inter-professional team, the Clinic Flow Assistant provides clinic support for coordination and support for clinics within the Extensive Needs Service as well as clinics within the Ambulatory Care program. The position will work in collaboration with the other clinic staff to facilitate appropriate processes and procedures.
