Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Supervisor, Client Implementation Services based in our Mississauga Location.
What will you do?
– Guide, train, and mentor all levels of departmental personnel.
Work cooperatively with employees to assess their skill level and develop/train accordingly
– Oversee the distribution of workload amongst the team and information shared on the ARI Intranet
– Focus the team on preparation, documentation, communication and follow up and assist in the creation and management of Implementation Department policies and procedures
– Assist the Manager in conducting meetings with personnel to maintain open communication
– Maintain attendance responsibility and manage employee conduct and performance with support of the Manager as well as assist in the completion and presentation of performance evaluations as required
– Assemble data, prepare and deliver periodic and special reports
– Participate in the interviewing process and training of new hires
What are we looking for?
– Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent in Business Administration
– 2-4 years of project management experience
– 2-4 years of automotive experience
– Leadership experience is a must
– Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Bilingual (English/French) – Asset
