Hologic is on the lookout for their newest FP&A Manager. The role is to support the VP of Canada & Latin America and their senior leadership team for all divisions. You will design, build & drive various reporting cycles while working on various ad hoc projects with direct executive exposure which are the heart of the international strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance International, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, an effective communicator and have a strong awareness of the key values required.

What will you bring to Hologic?

• You will have 5+ years of experience in a multi-national/global business and be familiar with the workings of a matrix organization.
• Our business works with Hyperion and Oracle so prior experience is an advantage but not essential.

Your day-to-day tasks will be:

• Full P&L ownership
• Ownership of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

Yet in the role you’ll be responsible for:

• Partnering with country GM/GM’s, across all divisions, to ensure profitable and sustainable growth
• Developing and maintain standardized multi-divisional monthly performance management report
• Acting as a liaison with the local statutory authorities (VAT returns, tax returns, audits etc.), partner with accounting to ensure all filing deadlines are met
• Building, tracking, and analysing key leading indicators and performance metrics
• Providing country / divisions profitability reporting including unit, ASP and gross margin analysis
• Assisting in evaluating product deals and placements
• Collaborating with on-going enhancements of Hyperion Forecasting and Planning software and act as key European contact for Hyperion related questions
