Homes by Creation seeks an enthusiastic Sales Associate for our community in Iron Landing in Crossfield, AB. This person should have an interest in real estate and new home sales.
The Sales Associate will welcome and assist prospective homebuyers to our community. In this role you will need excellent customer service skills, an outgoing, pleasant and positive attitude, and solid work ethics to greet customers and tour our beautiful model homes. If you are smart, highly engaged, caring, genuine, driven, energetic and fun, then you have the characteristics we are looking for.
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
- Learn and be able to speak about Homes by Creation including the community, the lots, our home designs, included features and construction techniques etc.
- Work with prospective customers that visit the community.
- Introduce customers that are interested in purchasing to the Area Sales Manager who will complete the Sale.
- Maintain appearance of the Show Home and Spec Homes.
- Track and submit weekly traffic reports and other reports required by Homes by Creation.
- Post homes for sale on Facebook and social media with direction from Sales & Marketing Manager
- Following up with prospective customers through social media, emails, phone calls and texts.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. Base pay plus bonus on each home sold.
Show Home Hours are Monday to Friday 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Closed Friday. These hours are subject to change.
