Title – Front desk & Night Auditor

Reports to: Front Office Manager/General Manager

GSA Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors
• Make reservation on the phone or/and assist walk-in guests
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages for appropriate party
• Being responsible with incoming and outgoing mails (Receive letter or deliveries)
• Check, sort, and forward emails
• Keep guest information updated
• Take up other duties as assigned by FOM
• Must have reliabe transporation-bus is limited
• Night Audit Shifts are from 11pm-7am
