JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Associate needed to assist with customers, sales and retail operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Processing sales in Point of Sale system in a timely and efficient manner

· Providing exceptional customer service through attentive behaviour and a friendly attitude

· Stocking shelves with merchandise and ensuring displays are always presentable

· Receiving incoming stock orders to ensure proper restocking of shelves

· Responding to customer inquiries: in store, over the phone, and via email

· Keeping store clean and tidy

· Working together with retail staff and pharmacy staff in a collaborative, team environment centered on customer care

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience working in a retail store

· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on personalized customer care

· Demonstrated passion for health and wellness

· Professional, self-motivated individual with a team player attitude

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members

· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines

· Knowledge of supplements, and vitamins; including professional product brands is an asset
