Job Summary:
The Hospitality Services Manager position reports to Associate Director of Facilities Projects & Planning and will oversee the smooth operation of HOOPP’s Hospitality Services, which includes, but not limited to, catering, reception, coordinating meetings, events and providing ancillary logistics associated with events to ensure an enhanced guest/customer service experience. The successful candidate for this role is someone who is highly organized, efficient and detailed oriented who excels in customer service and vendor management, to meet the client’s expectations, while performing the role within set standards. Multi-tasking, coordination, problem solving, are key skills that will allow for an easy transition into this role. This position will be expected to exercise independent judgement and initiative while carrying out overall responsibilities.
