What we offer :
– Schedule: 7 hours per day, 3 to 5 days per week, depending on your availability!

– Salary varies between $21.89/hr and $23.35/hr, depending on experience.

More specifically, he or she will be responsible for the following
– Research (calls and web searches) information related to the physician database.
– Enter the data collected.
– Verify the conformity of the information entered in the various systems to ensure accuracy.
– Note discrepancies or errors in order to correct them on a daily basis.
– Follow up on problematic cases with his/her immediate superior.
– Perform all other related tasks.
Profile required:
– Has a minimum of one (1) year experience in administration or customer service;
– Has a background in office automation or other relevant training (an asset);
– Bilingualism French/English
– Enjoys telephone contact and has good interpersonal skills;
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks
– Speed and accuracy in the execution of tasks
– Organized, detail-oriented, autonomous and proactive;
– Any combination of training and/or experience deemed equivalent will be considered.
